Mr. Isam Halim Jiryes Salfiti, Chairman of the board, Bank al Etihad

Mr. Isam Salfiti has been the Chairman of Bank al Etihad since June, 1997 to date. This period comes parallel to his responsibility as a general Manager for the bank as well from July, 1989 – July, 2008.
His hard working and visionary thinking gives him the ability to find a new horizon for stock trades, in Feb, 2006 he opens a subsidiary company called “Etihad Brokerage.”
Despite of his huge responsibility as a successful chairman for the bank, he plays his roles professionally as the Head of the Management Committee, as well as Corporate Governance Committee, Risk Management Committee and Compliance Committee.
He received his B.A degree in Economics in 1967.
On the other hand of his role at the bank, he was a deputy general manager for Arab Financial Corporation (Jordan) from Oct, 1985 till June, 1989.

H.E Nadia al Saeed, General Manager, Bank al Etihad

H.E Nadia al Saeed has been the General Manager of Bank al Etihad Jordan since 2008, she assumed this responsibility after leading a one year exercise with Mckinsey & Co to reposition the bank and develop its new business strategy. Just before that Mrs. Al Saeed assumed the position of the Director of The Dead Sea Institute, a development think tank that partnered with Earth Institute to look at development issues in Jordan. During the period from 2003 until end of 2006 Mrs. al Saeed worked for the Government of Jordan and assumed the position of Minister of Information and Communications Technology as well as the position of Secretary General for the same Ministry.
Before joining the Government Mrs. al Saeed spent 11 years working at the banking sector assuming different positions last 3 years of which as the Head of Corporate Banking at Bank al Etihad.

H.E received her MBA from the American University in Cairo in 1992 and her Bachelor Degree in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Jordan.
