How to open a digital account
Open your account from your phone in a matter of minutes through our step-by-step guide here! Once your debit card is delivered to you – for free via courier – scan the back of it on our app. Then, transfer money from an existing account or deposit money through one of our ATMs, and you’re good to go!
Eligibility:
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
- Maximum amount allowed in the digital account: 15,000 JOD
- Only Jordanian citizens residing in Jordan or one of the following Gulf countries: Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Sultanate of Oman, Bahrain or Qatar are eligible for this type of account. If you are a non-Jordanian resident or an American passport holder, we are happy to serve you in any of our branches
