Tap on "Hub" located on the bar at the bottom of the main screen
Scroll to the middle of the page and you will find the help Center and support icons.
Tap on "help center"
You will be directed to main bank products “Help center” screen.
This screen shows different types of products
Tap on any product you want to discover, for example “rewards”, you will be directed to “sub product features screen”.
Tap on any desired feature
and you will be directed to an introduction providing details about the feature, along with How-to instructions and FAQs.
This screen displays a brief description about the product
You can also check the “How to” section that takes you to a link to show you the steps of performing the feature, in addition to the “FAQs” section that show the most frequently asked questions.

Tap on “Live Chat” located at the bottom of the HUB screen or at the bottom of any screen in the help center to speak to a contact center representative online.
To contact our customer service (Call)
Tap on “Call support” to contact one of our team.

Select the transaction you want to report
You will be directed to the “Transaction” screen.
Scroll down and tap on Something wrong?
You will be directed to a screen where you can enter your complaint then tap on Submit ticket. You can also tab on Contact support to go to the “Help” screen.

Yes! You don’t need to be logged in to contact customer service.
Can I view my previous chats with customer service?
Yes! You can view your previous chats with customer service through the following steps:
Tap on Help located at the bar at the bottom of the screen. You will be directed to the “Help” screen where the following options will appear.
Tap on Chat located at the bottom left of the screen You will be directed to the “All conversations” screen which contains a list of your chats with customer service.
Can I attach photos, videos, or files in the chat with customer service?
Yes! You can attach photos, videos, and files by tapping the Paperclip icon located at the right of the chat bar.
