INVESTBANK Branch and ATM Transition Guide
As an INVESTBANK client, you now have access to a wider network of Bank al Etihad branches and ATMs, giving you more convenient ways to bank wherever you are.
As we bring our networks together, some branches and ATMs are closing. Below is a guide to help you better understand the changes made during this transition.
The following branches will remain open until 7pm daily through 13/10/2026: Sweifieh, Emmar, Mecca St., Aqaba, and Zarqa.

| Investbank – Abdoun | The location will continue to as an SMEs (small and medium enterprises) centre with automated safe deposit box service available; branch services are available at the Bank al Etihad Abdoun branch. |
| Investbank – King Abdullah City (Sahab) | The branch will be closed; service is available at the Bank al Etihad Sahab branch |
| Investbank – Muqabalain | The branch is under renovation; service is temporarily available at the Bank al Etihad Muqabalain branch |
| Investbank – Emmar | The branch is under renovation; service is temporarily available at the location opposite the St. Regis Hotel |
| Investbank – Taj Mall | The branch will be closed; service is available at the Bank al Etihad Taj Mall branch |
| Investbank – Dabouq | The branch will be converted into a Prime customer center; banking services are available at the Bank al Etihad Dabouq branch |
| Investbank – Mecca St. | The branch will continue operating at the same location under the Bank al Etihad name |
