Open or top up your Tharaa or Shorouq Savings Account to enter weekly and monthly draws for cash prizes, and life-changing grand prizes at the end of December.

Tharaa Savings Account prizes:

  • 5,555 JOD for 1 winner every week
  • A grand prize of 500,000 JOD split between 5 winners, with each receiving 100,000 JOD, at the end of December

Tharaa youth prizes (ages 18–24):

  • 9,999 JOD for 1 winner every month

Shorouq Savings Account prizes (for women):

  • 5,555 JOD for 1 winner every week
  • A grand prize of 200,000 JOD split between 2 winners, with each receiving 100,000 JOD, at the end of December

Minimum balance to enter the draw for Tharaa Savings Account prizes:

Open a Tharaa or Shorouq Savings Account now through our app without needing to visit a branch.

Terms and conditions:

  • The account holder must be at least 18 years old.
  • A Tharaa savings account can be opened for those under 18 years old with a guardian's signature.
  • Entry into the prize draw is automatic as soon as the account is opened, with no waiting period.
  • Winners can't win the same prize again for 3 months after winning.
  • Only JOD accounts are eligible for the prize draw.
  • Prizes over 999 JOD are subject to a 15% tax.
  • The prize will be cancelled, and the winner will lose the right to claim it if they don't collect it from the bank within 3 months of the draw announcement.
