Our app allows you to Manage your account anywhere – You don’t need to visit a branch . All you need is a smartphone and the Bank al Etihad app with a few taps.
Open your Sub Account!

Tap on "Hub" located on the bar at the bottom of the main screen
Scroll down to the hub screen until you reach the “ Settings“ section where the following options will appear.

Tap on "Edit Accounts"
You will be directed to a screen where you can take control of your accounts.

Tap on + Open new account
From the bottom of the “Accounts manager” screen choose “+ Open new account”.

Choose from "Add New Account" page your account type and currency
You will be redirected to the “Add New Account” screen, where you will be asked to select your account type and currency.

Select your account type
You will have the option to select Regular Demand or Saving – Regular.

Select the currency of your account
You have the option to choose the Jordanian Dinar, Swiss Franc, New Zealand Dollar, Canadian Dollar, or US Dollar.

Tap on Create account
You will be directed to the “Confirmation” screen, where you can either select “Okay” or “Feed it”. If you tap “Okay”, you can transfer money into your account later. If you tap “Feed it”, you will be asked to transfer money into your new opened account from your other accounts.
Close your Sub Account!

You will be directed to a screen where you can take control of your accounts.

Tap on the ⁞ icon
A menu will appear with several options.

Tap on Close Account
Tap on the “Close Account” button to process the action.

Tap on Confirm to complete the process
Tap on the “Confirm” to complete the action.
Hide or unhide your accounts as you please!

Tap on the "Eye" icon to hide an account
Tap on the “Eye” Icon to process the action.

Tap on the "Slashed eye" icon to show the account again
Tap on the “Eye” icon to process the action.
Organise your accounts easily!

Tap on the order icon to be directed to the “Edit accounts order” screen
You will be directed to the “Edit Accounts order” screen.

Tap on the = icon
To rearrange the order of your account according to your preference tap on the = icon and drag the account to move it as you wish.

Tap on Save order to complete the process
Tap on the “Save order” to process the action.
Rename your bank accounts easily!

You will be directed to a Screen choose “Account Details”.

Tap on the "Pen" icon
From the Account name field, tap on the “Pen” icon to be directed to the “Rename account” screen.

Change the account name
You will be redirected to the “Amendment page” screen you can change the account name according to your preference.

Tap on Save to complete the process
Tap on the “Save” to process the action.
Share your account details through our mobile banking app!

Your account information will be shared with the desired recipient and the process will be complete.
