You can now do this via your phone without leaving the comfort of your home. No more moving back and forth between service providers and hectic traffic.

Starting now, you can settle your payments using our Bill payment feature available on the Bank al Etihad app.

Get started today and make your bill payments easier!

Login to Bank al Etihad app, and follow the steps below to access the bill payment service:

1. Tap on the Payment button on the bar at the bottom of the main screen.
A list of several options will appear for you

2. Choose Pay bill form the list
You will then be directed to the Pay Bill screen which displays your current bills. You can easily switch between Bills and Prepaid to complete the payment process.

How to pay?

You can now choose one of 3 ways to settle your bills using this service, pick what works for you

Option 1:  QuickPay all your bills in one step

This option enables you to pay all bills at once by pressing the QuickPay button found at the bottom of the outstanding bills total box.

Option 2: QuickPay per bill

This option allows you to pay each bill separately by clicking on the QuickPay button found next to the invoice icon.

Note: The above options are not available for prepaid bills.

Option 3: Bill details

Here you can view the details of the bill you choose to pay through viewing its full history. Through this feature you can also settle your prepaid bills such as mobile phone vouchers and many others.

To use this option:

1. Tap on Bill Details button.

You will be directed to the Bill payment history screen

2. Tap on Check bill balance at the bottom of the screen.

Payment details will be automatically displayed.

3. Tap on Complete Payment.

Once the payment is processed, you will see the message Payment successful and receive an SMS on your phone with the payment details.


Frequently Asked Questions

How do I register a new bill?

  1. Click on the Payment button located on the bar at the bottom of the main screen.
  2. Choose Pay Bill from the menu.
    You will be directed to the Pay a Bill screen, which contains all your bills. From here, you can switch between (Bills) and (Prepaid) to perform the payment process.
  3. Tap on “Add new bill”
  4. Choose the type of invoice from the list or through the search bar, or simply by tapping on Scan a bill.
    When choosing the type of invoice from the list, you will be presented with the list of registered billers.
  5. Select the invoice and service, then fill in the required information.
    You will then be directed to the Payment details screen
  6. Choose the method of payment by Credit Card or Account
  7. To complete the payment and save the bill, tap on Complete payment and save the bill
  8. To pay only without saving the bill, tap on Pay only
  9. To save the bill without paying, tap on Register bill only


How can I know the details of my bill?

1. Tap on the Payment button located on the bar at the bottom of the main screen.

2. Choose Pay bill from the menu.

You will be directed to the Pay a Bill screen, which contains all your bills.

3. Tap on the Bill Details button below the bill you need and you will be directed to the Bill payment history screen

Can I pay someone else’s bill?

Yes, you can pay any bill if you have the invoice number and the name of the biller.

How can I delete a previously registered bill?

You can delete a registered bill by following these steps:

  1. Tap on the Payment button located on the bar at the bottom of the main screen.
  2. Choose Pay Bill from the menu.
    You will be directed to the Pay a Bill screen, which contains all your bills.
  3. From the upper right corner of the screen, tap on the Edit button. You will notice that the fields are now editable.
  4. Tap on the invoice(s) you want to delete
  5. Tap on the Remove Selected button to delete the bill
  6. Finally, tap on the Save button at the top right corner of the screen

Can I amend my bill information?

You can amend your bill information by following these steps:

  1. Tap on the Payment button located on the bar at the bottom of the main screen.
  2. Choose Pay Bill from the menu.
    You will be directed to the Pay a bill screen, which contains all your bills.
  3. Tap on the Bill Details button below the bill name.
    You will be taken directly to the Bill payment history screen
  4. Tap on Edit bill details
  5. You can now amend the Bill name and Billing number, then press the Done button

What is the daily limit for inquiries bill payments?

This depends on the biller’s terms and conditions.

Can I pay by credit card?

Yes, you can choose your payment method by clicking on Bill Details, then selecting Check bill balance. You can then choose to pay from credit card or from your bank account.

Is there a possibility of partial payment?

Yes, but only if the biller has enabled this feature.

Will I receive a notification once my bill has been issued?

Yes, you will receive a notification of your due bill as soon as the biller files it through our app.

Does the application update the bills automatically?

Yes, the app updates your outstanding bill values periodically without you having to do it yourself.
