Tap on "Hub" located on the bar at the bottom of the main screen
A menu will appear with a list of options.

Tap on "Cheque book"
You will be directed to select the source account that will be linked to your cheque book, then tap "Continue".

Choose Source account for your Cheque book , then tap "Continue"
The screen will then present you with the option to select the language for your "Cheque book".

Select your preferred cheque book language, then tap "Continue"
Select the language of the cheque book, then tap "Continue".

You will be directed to the “Cheque book” screen
Here, you can select a cheque book with 10, 25, or 50 cheques and add as many cheque books as you want. Once you’ve made your selections, tap "Continue".

You will be directed to the “Payment” screen
Choose the account that you want the fees to be deducted from, then tap "Order cheque book".

Read your Cheque Book "Terms and Conditions"
Read the terms and conditions carefully and make sure that you agree to them before you tap on "Continue", then you will be redirected to the "Review screen"

After reviewing the full details of your request, tap "Continue to payment".

Success Screen
Tap "Done" at the bottom of the screen, and we will reach out to you within 3 working days so you can collect your new Cheque book.
Easily track your inward and outward cheques

Tap on "Hub" from the bar located at the bottom of the main screen
A list of products will be displayed for you to choose from.

Tap on "Cheques"
You will be directed to a screen where you can track your inward , outward or post dated cheques. For example, tap on "Inward cheques".

You will be directed to the "Inward Cheques" screen
A list of cheques will appear to you, and you can move between ECC cheques collected from another bank and Bank Al Etihad cheques. Tap on one to view more details.

You will be directed to the details screen of the cheque you selected
All the cheque details will appear here. You can review them and tap "Done" to return to the cheque screen.
