You will be directed to a welcome screen containing several options.

Tap on Become a customer located at the main bar
You will be directed to a screen containing the conditions that must apply for you to be able to open an account.

You will be redirected to the “Select country” screen where you should select your current country of residence.

You will be directed to the “Verify your identity” screen which contains a list of steps to complete to create your account.

You will be directed to the “Create new account” screen which contains a series of yes and no questions.

You will be directed to the “Scanning the ID” screen where you can scan your ID.

Wait for your ID to be scanned.

Wait for your ID to be scanned, after which you will be directed to the “Taking selfie” screen which contains instructions for taking your selfie.

Place your face in the frame and wait for your photo to be taken
Your selfie and ID photo will be compared, after which you will be directed to the “Record selfie video” screen where you can record a selfie video of yourself reading your full name out loud.

Tap and hold the white circle at the bottom of the screen while reading your name and release when done
You will be directed to the “Review selfie video” screen where you will be presented with two options.

Tap on Submit video to continue or on Re-record video to try again
You will be directed to the “Confirm your details” screen which contains your ID information.

Check ID information then tap on Confirm located at the bottom of the screen
You will be directed to the “Select your address” screen where you can either select your location on the map, or enter a new location in the search bar located at the top of the screen.

You will proceed to the next step in entering your location data.

You will be directed to the “Proof of address” screen where you can upload your proof of address by either taking a picture or uploading one from your phone.

Skipping this step will generate a message to continue and upload your proof of address at a later time- tap Confirm to continue.

After answering the questions you will arrive at the Terms and Conditions agreement.

Tap on the box next to each field to agree to the Terms and Conditions and activate the Continue button located at the bottom of the screen
Note: All the boxes must be tapped to activate the Continue button The message “Choose a personal identification number for the ATM card” will appear.

You will be directed to the “Enter a pin” screen where you can enter the pin code for your ATM card.

You will be directed to the “Card delivery options” screen which contains options to specify the address where you want to collect your card.

Review the address you want your card delivered to enter a new address then tap Continue
You will be directed to the “Create new account” screen where you can enter your username and password for the app.

You will be directed to a verification screen where you can enter the verification code sent to you through text message.

The message “Hold tight we’re working on it” will appear for a couple of minutes until your account is successfully opened. You will be contacted by the courier company to coordinate the delivery of your card.
