You can head over to the Help center by tapping on Help located at the bar at the bottom of the main screen
You will be directed to the “Help” screen where the following options will appear:
1. To search through the FAQs: type your question into the search bar located at the top of the screen then select the appropriate result
2. To contact our customer service (chat): Tap on Chat located at the bottom left of the screen
3. To contact our customer service (call): Tap on Call located at the bottom right of the screen
1. Select the transaction you want to report
You will be directed to the “Transaction” screen.
2. Scroll down and tap on Something wrong?
You will be directed to a screen where you can enter your complaint then tap on Submit ticket. You can also tab on Contact support to go to the “Help” screen.
