Enter your net salary , then specify if you have another source of income and tell us if your salary is transferred to Bank al Etihad or will be.

You will be asked if you have any other financial commitments. If you answer "Yes" , a list of questions will appear for you to answer. If you don’t have other financial commitments, answer "No" then tap on "Continue".

If you meet the eligibility criteria, you will be directed to the “Personalise” screen
You will find the eligible borrowing amount and the corresponding interest rate. From there, you can choose to borrow the full amount or a portion of it. Then, you will be asked to select the first payment date , then tap on "Continue".

Track your Personal Loan Application

Tap on "Loans" from the top bar on the main screen
You will be directed to a screen showing all your loans.
Tap on "Loans" from the top bar on the main screen

Scroll down to the "Pending Loan Applications" section
Here, you can track the progress of your requests. Each request has a status bar below it. When you submit a request, its status will be "In progress". If any documents are missing, the status will be "Documents required". If the status is "Verify information", you need to review the information you provided, and resubmit the request.

Your request is completed
Once your request is approved, the status will be updated to "Completed". Sometimes, requests may be rejected.
