Transfer between accounts

Tap on "Payment" located at the bottom of the main screen

A list of options will appear

Select "Bank Transfer"

You will be directed to the "Make a payment" screen, which contains a list of transfer types you can perform

Select "Between My Accounts"

You will be directed to the "Transfer from" screen, which contains a list of your accounts.

Choose the account you want to transfer money from

You will be directed to the "Transfer to" screen, which also contains a list of your accounts.

Choose the account you want to transfer money to

You will be directed to the "Transfer Amount" screen.

Enter the amount you want to transfer, then tap on "Continue"

You will be directed to the "Transfer Details" screen.
You can also choose to transfer the full balance by tapping on "Full Balance". Moreover, you can change the account you want to transfer money from by tapping on "Change" at the bottom of the screen.

Enter any additional information you want, then tap on "Continue"

Alternatively, you can skip this step by tapping on "Continue" to be directed to the "Review payment" screen.

Review the transfer details, then tap on "Make payment" from the bottom of the screen

You will be directed to the "Success" screen.

International Transfers

A menu will appear with a list of options.

Select Bank transfer from the menu

You will be directed to the “Make a payment” screen which contains a list of different types of payments you can make.

Select International payment from the menu

You will be directed to the “Transfer from” screen which contains a list of your accounts.

Select the account you want to transfer from

You will be directed to the “Enter beneficiary details” screen where you can enter the details of the beneficiary.

Fill in the required fields and select whether your beneficiary is an individual or an organization, then tap on Next located at the bottom of the screen

You will be directed to the “Destination country” screen which contains a list of the countries you can make your transfer to.

You will be directed to the “Beneficiary bank details” screen where you can enter the account details of the beneficiary.

Enter the account number or IBAN as per the information available to you/the country you are making your transfer to, then tap on Next located at the bottom of the screen

You will be directed to the “Transfer currency” screen where you can choose your transfer currency.Note: You can also use the IBAN Scan option.

Select your transfer currency

You will be directed to the “Payment details” screen where you can enter the amount you want to transfer and the correspondence charges.

Choose the correspondence charges (OUR, SHARED or BENEFICIARY)

You will need to pick between OUR, SHARED or BENEFICIARY. The “OUR” instruction means you pay all transfer charges and the beneficiary receives the payment in full. The “SHARED” instruction means you and the beneficiary will share the transfer fees which is deducted from the amount you are transferring. The “BENEFICIARY” instruction means you do not pay any fees and the beneficiary receives the payment with all the fees deducted.

You will be directed to the “Transfer reason” screen where you can select the reason for your transfer.

Add a beneficiary

You’ll be directed to the "Beneficiaries" screen to view all your saved beneficiaries.

You’ll be asked to select the type of beneficiary you want to add.

You’ll be directed to the "New Beneficiary Details" screen.

Fill in the required fields, then tap on "Next" from the bottom of the screen

Remove a beneficiary

You’ll be directed to the "Beneficiaries" screen to view all your saved beneficiaries.

Tap on the pencil icon located at the top right corner of the screen

You'll be able to select the beneficiary you want to delete.

Tap on “Delete” from the bottom of the screen.

A disclaimer message will appear, notifying you that the deletion process can't be undone

Can I save the data of my regular beneficiaries instead of filling it in with every transfer?

Yes! You can save the data of your regular beneficiaries through the following methods:

The first method

The manually beneficiary data is automatically saved on the app when a transfer is being processed.

The second method

You can manually save beneficiary data through the following steps:

Tap on Payment located at the bar at the bottom of the main screen A menu will appear with several options.
Select Beneficiaries from the menu You will be directed to the “Manage beneficiaries” screen which contains a list of your saved beneficiaries, as well as the + Add new beneficiary option located at the bottom of the screen.
Tap on + Add new beneficiary located at the bottom of the screen You will be presented with the options of adding an Internal beneficiary (inside the bank) or External beneficiary (outside the bank).
Select the type of your beneficiary You will be directed to the “New beneficiary details” screen where you can fill in the details of the beneficiary you want to add.
Fill in your beneficiary details then tap on Next located at the bottom of the screen You will be directed to the “Confirm adding beneficiary” screen where you can enter the verification code sent to you through text message. Note: selecting External beneficiary will involve a few additional steps before you are directed to the Confirm adding beneficiary screen.
Enter your verification code then tap on Confirm & Complete located at the bottom of the screen You will be directed to the “Success” screen. You have now successfully added a new beneficiary.

How can I make a transfer to a saved beneficiary?

You can make a transfer to a saved beneficiary through following these steps:

Tap on Payment located at the bar at the bottom of the main screen A menu will appear with several options.
Select Bank transfer from the menu You will be directed to the “Make a payment” screen which contains a list of the types of payments you can make.
Select Saved beneficiary from the list You will be directed to the “Transfer from” screen which contains a list of your accounts.
Select the account you want to transfer from You will be directed to the “Transfer to” screen where you can select your saved beneficiary.
Select the beneficiary you are making your transfer to You will be directed to the “Transfer currency” screen where you can choose your transfer currency.
Select your transfer currency You will be directed to the “Payment details” screen where you can enter the amount you want to transfer.
Enter your payment details then tap on Next located at the bottom of the screen You will be directed to the “Review payment” screen where you can review and edit your transfer details if necessary.
Review your transfer details then tap on Make Payment located at the bottom of the screen You will be directed to the “Success” screen. Your payment has been successful.

Can I delete a saved beneficiary?

Yes! You can delete a saved beneficiary through the following steps:

Tap on Payment located on the bar at the bottom of the main screen A menu will appear with several options.
Select Beneficiaries from the menu You will be directed to the “Manage beneficiaries” screen which contains a list of your saved beneficiaries, as well as the + Add new beneficiary option located at the bottom of the screen.
Tap on Edit located at the top right of the screen The screen will then present you with the option to select one or more beneficiaries. This will activate the Remove selected button located at the bottom of the screen.
Select the beneficiaries you want to delete then tap on Remove selected located at the bottom of the screen This will remove the selected beneficiaries from the list. Tap on Save located at the top right of the screen to save your process.

How can I view my transfer history?

You can view your transfer history through the following steps:

Tap on Payment located on the bar at the bottom of the main screen A menu will appear with several options.
Select Transfer History from the menu You will be directed to the “Transfer History” screen which contains a list of previous transfers, as well as the option to browse through the time periods of your transfers.

Can I schedule my payments to be sent automatically?

Yes! You can schedule your payments to be sent automatically through the following steps:

Tap on Payment located on the bar at the bottom of the main screen A menu will appear with several options.
Select Standing orders from the menu You will be directed to the “Standing orders” screen which contains a list of your standing orders, as well as the Add standing order option located at the bottom of the screen.
Tap on Add standing order located at the bottom of the screen You will be directed to the “Make a payment” screen which contains a list of the types of payments you can make.
Select the type of payment you want to make You will be directed to the “Transfer from” screen which contains a list of your accounts. After selecting the type of your payment complete the required steps until you are directed to the “Schedule order” screen, where you can select the desired time period for your payment.
Select a time period of your choice then tap on Next located at the bottom of the screen You will be directed to the second step to select how often you want to repeat your payment.
Select how often you want to repeat your payment (daily/weekly/monthly) then tap on Next located at the bottom of the screen You will be directed to the “Review payment” screen where you can review and edit your transfer details if necessary.
Review your standing order details then tap on Make Payment located at the bottom of the screen You will be directed to the “Success” screen. Your standing order has been successful.

Can I delete a standing order?

Yes! You can delete a standing order through the following steps:

Tap on Payment located on the bar at the bottom of the main screen A menu will appear with several options.
Select Standing orders from the menu You will be directed to the “Standing orders” screen which contains a list of your standing orders, as well as the Add standing order option located at the bottom of the screen.
Tap on Edit located at the top right of the screen The screen will then present you with the option to select one or more standing orders. This will activate the Remove selected button located at the bottom of the screen.
Select the standing orders you want to delete then tap on Remove selected located at the bottom of the screen A box will appear with the options to Confirm and Cancel. Tap on Confirm to proceed. You have now successfully deleted your standing order.

What are the requirements for writing the name of my beneficiary?

The name of your beneficiary must be written correctly and in English, and must contain no special characters.

Can I make transfers within my accounts if their currencies are different?

Yes you can!

Are there any fees applied to my transactions through the app?

Yes! Fees naturally apply with every transaction and vary depending on the amount. There are three types:

OUR (applied to the benefactor)
BENEFICIARY (applied to the beneficiary)
SHARED (applied on both parties)
