• Discounts are not available during merchant sales and promotion periods
• The customer must request the discount from the store before making a payment. The store will manually apply the discount before processing the payment
• If the customer did not request the discount in store, the customer will not be compensated later on
• Cashback is transferred to customers’ in-app cashback vaults after the purchase is made
