Eligibility:

• Must be your first home purchase
• Monthly salary must not exceed 2,500 JOD
• A statement from the Department of Lands and Survey is needed to confirm that neither you nor your spouse owns any property
• This loan excludes property transfers to first-degree relatives
• This loan excludes applicants if either spouse already owns a home
• This loan can’t be used to pay off existing loans
• Financing is available for ready-to-move-in homes only, not for construction or independent housing units
