Terms and conditions

1. The campaign runs from November 1, 2026 to January 31, 2027.
2. The campaign applies to all Bank al Etihad credit cards issued in JOD, including primary and supplementary cards (Gold, Platinum, Gold and Platinum Shop & Ship, Signature, Miles&Smiles Signature and Infinite, Prime Infinite, and Signature Business).
3. The campaign includes diesel and gas purchases made through local point-of-sale (POS) terminals. Cash withdrawal transactions are excluded.
4. The minimum transaction amount is 100 JOD, and the maximum is 1,000 JOD per transaction.
5. To qualify for instalments, transactions must be posted to the card account rather than pending authorisation, and there must be no outstanding dues on the card.
6. If a customer misses 2 consecutive instalment payments, their Easy Payment Plan will be cancelled. The remaining unpaid amount will be added to their credit card's outstanding balance, and an interest rate of 1.50% will apply to that balance.
7. If a customer requests to cancel their credit card while instalments are still due, they must pay the remaining purchase amount, along with any applicable monthly interest for the remaining instalment period.
8. Credit cards must be active and not classified as delinquent to qualify for Easy Payment Plans.
9. Customers can repay their instalment plan in full by depositing the outstanding amount and notifying our Contact Centre.
10. Bank al Etihad is not responsible for any disputes between customers and merchants related to the purchase or supply of goods or services, or the payment process.
11. Winners will be contacted by phone or email using the contact details registered with Bank al Etihad. If the contact information is incorrect or a winner does not respond within 3 working days of the draw date, Bank al Etihad reserves the right to cancel the prize and select another winner.
12. Winners must confirm whether they accept or decline the prize within 24 hours of being notified. Otherwise, they will forfeit the prize, which will be awarded to the next eligible cardholder on the list.
13. Winners cannot authorise another person to collect their prize without Bank al Etihad's approval.
14. The prize amount will be deposited into the winner's account within 3 to 5 working days of the draw date.
15. Employees of Bank al Etihad and its subsidiaries are not eligible to participate in the campaign.
16. Each customer can win only once during the campaign period.
