Want to get a credit card but can’t make it to the bank? We understand , your convenience matters to us! That’s why we’ve made it easy for you to apply for a credit card from our mobile banking app. Just follow a few simple steps, and we’ll deliver the card to you wherever you are.

Tap on "Cards" from the bar at the top of the home screen
Swipe to the right until you reach "Add new card +".

Authorize the bank to inquire about you on the CRIF system
Read the terms and conditions carefully, then tap on "Agree" to continue

Complete the verification process
For added security, you will be asked to enter the verification code you receive via SMS. Once you enter the code, tap on "Continue", If you don’t receive a code or if the code doesn’t work, tap on "Send code again".

Answer work related questions
Select your employment type, business line, position and sector. Then, enter the name of the company you work at and the date you started.

You will be directed to the “Income Information” screen
Enter your net salary , then specify if you have another source of income and tell us if your salary is transferred to Bank al Etihad or will be.

You will be directed to the “Other financial commitments” screen
You will be asked if you have any other financial commitments. If you answer "Yes" , a list of questions will appear for you to answer. If you don’t have other financial commitments, answer "No" then tap on "Continue".

Upload the required documents
After your uploads are complete, tap on "Continue".

You will be directed to the “Personalise” screen
You will be able to see which products you are eligible for. Select your credit limit and repayment percentage, review the card's features, and tap on "Apply now".

You will be directed to the “Terms and Conditions” screen
Read the terms and conditions carefully, then tap on "Agree".

Your request has been submitted successfully
If your application is approved, the card and the PIN code will be delivered to your location.
Increase to your credit card limit through our App!

From the home screen tap “Cards”
Select the card you want to increase its limit and tap "Increase Card Limit”.

To continue, tap "Get started" at the bottom of the screen
You will be redirected to a screen, where you will begin the request process.

Answer work related questions

Your request has been submitted successfully!
