Bills Payment

You can add a new bill through the following steps:

1. Tap on Payment located at the bar at the bottom of the main screen A menu will appear with several options.
2. Select Pay bill from the menu You will be directed to the “Pay bill” screen where you can find a list of your current bills, as well as switch between the Bills and Prepaid options to carry out the payment process.
3. Tap on Add new bill A menu will appear with several options.
4. Select the type of bill you want to add from the menu or by using the search bar, then tap on Scan a bill After selecting the type of bill you want to add a menu will appear with a list of registered bill recipients.
5. Select the service and bill recipient then fill in the required fields You will be directed to the “Payment details” screen.
6. Select your method of payment through Pay from credit card or account You will be provided with several options for payment and adding your bill:
   1. To pay your bill and add it tap on Complete payment & save bill
   2. To pay your bill without adding it tap on Pay only
   3. To add your bill without paying tap on Register bill only

You can view the details of your bill through the following steps:

1. Tap on Payment located at the bar at the bottom of the main screen A menu will appear with several options.
2. Select Pay bill from the menu You will be directed to the “Pay bill” screen where you can find a list of your current bills.
3. Tap on Bill details located under the name of your bill You will be directed to the “Bill payment history” screen.

Yes! You can pay any bill if you have the invoice number and name of the bill recipient.

You can delete a registered bill through the following steps:

1. Tap on Payment located at the bar at the bottom of the main screen A menu will appear with several options.
2. Select Pay bill from the menu You will be directed to the “Pay bill” screen where you can find a list of your current bills.
3. Tap on Edit located at the top left of the screen The screen will then present you with the option to edit each field.
4. Select the bill or bills you want to delete A menu will appear with several options.
5. Tap on Remove selected This will remove the selected bills from the list.
6. Tap on Save located at the top right of the screen. You have now successfully deleted your bills.

Yes! You can edit your bill details through the following steps:

1. Tap on Payment located at the bar at the bottom of the main screen A menu will appear with several options.
2. Select Pay bill from the menu You will be directed to the “Pay bill” screen where you can find a list of your current bills.
3. Tap on Bill details located under the name of your bill You will be directed to the “Bill payment history” screen.
4. Tap on Edit bill details You will be directed to the “Edit bill details” screen
5. Edit your Bill name or Billing number then tap on Done You have now successfully edited your bill.

The daily limit depends on each bill recipient and their specific terms and conditions.

Yes! You can do that through the Payment details screen and select the option to pay with your account or credit card.

Yes! The Bank al Etihad app supports partial bill payment if your bill recipient supports this feature.

Yes! You will receive a notification once your bill recipient has issued your bill.

Yes! The Bank al Etihad app will automatically update your issued bills.
