Your rank is automatically calculated based on your engagement with the bank over the past 30 days. Activities such as transferring your salary, using your cards, and maintaining a funded savings account help you move up the ranks. The higher your rank, the more cashback you earn on your purchases. You can monitor your rank in the app, view your progress towards the next rank, and check the details of your rank breakdown based on your financial engagement.

It’s simple! Let’s say you’re in rank 1 and get 3% cashback on your credit card purchases. Whenever you shop in-store or online, you’ll earn 3% cashback on the purchase amount. This cashback is then stored in your cashback vault. Terms and conditions apply.

The cashback vault is an in-app feature that automatically stores all your cashback rewards. After each confirmed in-store or online transaction, your cashback reward is stored in your cashback vault. The rewards in your vault do not expire, and you can transfer them to any of your accounts through the app at any time.

Yes, the maximum cashback you can collect is 200 JOD every month, regardless of the total value of the transactions made. For example, if you’ve accumulated 195 JOD in your cashback vault in a given month and make a purchase that would earn you 10 JOD cashback, you’ll only receive 5 JOD cashback as you’ve reached your monthly limit.

No, you can withdraw any amount from your cashback vault at any time!
