You can rent a safety deposit box at a branch location that’s convenient for you through our mobile banking app.

Tap on "Hub" located on the bar at the bottom of the main screen
A menu will appear with a list of options.

Tap on "Safety box"
You will be directed to select the Branch you wish to request your Safety box from, then tap "Continue".

You will be directed to the “Branches” screen
This screen contains a list of branches with available boxes to rent. Select your preferred branch, then tap "Continue".

You will be directed to the “Safety box” screen
Select the box size that suits your needs, noting that each size has different annual fees, then tap "Continue".

Review the details of your selected safety deposit box
Here you can review the branch location, box dimensions, annual fees, collateral and stamp fees. Once you finish reviewing the details, tap "Continue". A pop-up will appear asking you to visit your preferred branch to collect your safety deposit box keys. Tap "I Understand".

You will be directed to the “Payment” screen
Select the account you want to pay the safety deposit box fees from. Tap on "Continue".

You will be directed to the “Alternative person” screen
Enter the full name and mobile number of the alternative person you grant access to your safety deposit box in case of emergencies.

You will be directed to the "Terms and Conditions" screen
After reviewing the terms and conditions, tick the I agree to the terms and conditions box and tap on "Continue".

You will be directed to the “Preview” screen
After reviewing the full details of your selected safety deposit box, tap "Order now" to Continue.

Congrats! You have a safety deposit box now
You need to pass by the branch to collect the keys to start using your safety deposit box.
