Our app allows you to transfer your money anywhere – whether locally or anywhere is the world. You don’t need to visit a branch and fill out endless paperwork for a simple transfer. Now you can decide when and where you make your transfers, with just your phone and a few taps.

Select Bank transfer from the menu
You will be directed to the “Make a payment” screen which contains a list of different types of payments you can make.

You will be directed to the “Transfer from” screen which contains a list of your accounts.

You will be directed to the “Enter beneficiary details” screen where you can enter the details of the beneficiary.

Fill in the required fields and select whether your beneficiary is an individual or an organization, then tap on Next located at the bottom of the screen

You will be directed to the “Beneficiary bank details” screen where you can enter the account details of the beneficiary.

Enter the account number or IBAN as per the information available to you/the country you are making your transfer to, then tap on Next located at the bottom of the screen

You will be directed to the “Payment details” screen where you can enter the amount you want to transfer and the correspondence charges.

Choose the correspondence charges (OUR, SHARED or BENEFICIARY)
You will need to pick between OUR, SHARED or BENEFICIARY. The “OUR” instruction means you pay all transfer charges and the beneficiary receives the payment in full. The “SHARED” instruction means you and the beneficiary will share the transfer fees which is deducted from the amount you are transferring. The “BENEFICIARY” instruction means you do not pay any fees and the beneficiary receives the payment with all the fees deducted.

You’ll be directed to the "Beneficiaries" screen to view all your saved beneficiaries.
