Happiness Bus Campaign

As part of the Bassmet al Etihad Program, the Happiness Bus returned for its 4th year during Ramadan. This time, with a new concept focused on bringing happiness into the homes of families by renovating them so they could welcome Eid with warmth, peace of mind, and a renewed sense of life.
A community partnership
Every home on this journey was nominated by our customers. Their stories found their way to us, and we visited them, listening closely to every detail while engineers assessed each home with both expertise and care. From these stories, 4 homes were selected to begin a new chapter.
What made this initiative truly special is that it wasn’t the work of a few. It was entirely volunteer-driven, with customers and employees coming together, each contributing their time, effort, and skills.
128 volunteers. 686 hours of giving. 13 volunteering activities. All coming together to create a lasting impact, measured not in numbers, but in the smiles that returned to people’s faces.
Renovations that covered every detail
The renovation work included:
- Walls restored to be clean and warm after being affected by moisture
- New flooring for children to move and play on freely
- A new kitchen that brings the family back together
- New furniture and appliances that bring the home back to life
This year's Happiness Bus journey may be over, but its impact continues.
