A menu will appear with a list of options.

Select "CliQ" instant payment from the menu

You will be directed to the “Instant payment” screen which contains a list of your aliases. In case you don’t already have one, you can create on.

Tap on "Create a new alias" located at the bottom of the screen to create a new alias

You will be directed to the “Create a new alias” screen where you can fill in the information to create your alias.

Fill in the desired information to create your alias then tap on Continue located at the bottom of the screen

You will be directed to the “Select account” screen where you can select the account you are using to send and receive money.

Select the account you want to link to your alias

You will be directed to the “Success” screen where you can share the available information with your contacts or through social media.

You will be directed to the “Instant payment” screen, which contains a list of services to choose from.

You will be directed to the “Instant payment” screen which contains a list of your aliases. In case you don’t already have one, you can create one.

Select Alias

You will be directed to the “Instant payment amount” screen where you can enter the amount you want to transfer, as well as modify your alias if needed.

Enter the Payment amount and tap "Continue"

You will be directed to select the payment method. Choose to either “Send to Alias” or “Send to a mobile contact”

Select sending method

You will be directed to a screen to fill the recipient’s "alias" or "phone number" or "choose from a list of recently used aliases".

Enter the alias Name or Phone number

You will be directed to the “Transfer Reason” screen which contains a list of reasons to choose from.

Select the CliQ payment purpose

You will be directed to the “Instant payment review” screen which contains information about the transfer.

Review the payment process then tap on “Make payment” located at the bottom of the screen

You will be directed to the “Verify payment” screen where you can enter the verification code sent to you through text message.

Enter the verification code then tap on "Continue" located at the bottom of the screen

You will be directed to the “Success” screen where you can share the available information with your contacts or through social media.

You will be directed to the “Instant payment review” screen which contains information about the transfer.

You will be directed to the “payment request amount” screen, which allows you to enter the amount you want to request.

Enter amount you want to request and tap next at the bottom of the screen

You will be directed to select the payment method screen and choose either to “Send to Alias” or “Send to a mobile contact”

Select your sending method

You will be directed to a screen to fill the information of the recipient alias or phone number or choose from your recently used aliases

Enter the alias name or phone number

You will be directed to the “Transfer Reason” screen which contains a list of reasons to choose from.

Select the purpose of the CliQ payment

You will be directed to the “Instant payment review” screen, which contains more information about the transfer.

Review the payment then tap on “Send request” located at the bottom of the screen

Enter the verification code then tap on "Continue" located at the bottom of the screen

You will be redirected to "Request Confirmation " screen where you can share the request information with your contacts or through social media.

You'll receives a push notification with CliQ payment request you can accept or decline the request within one hour user will be redirected to accept or decline the request

Tap on the notification to Accept or Decline the request

You will be directed to a screen with the request details. Tap on “Make Payment” to proceed to the verification screen.

Enter the verification code that you will receive via SMS

Then, tap on “Continue” to complete the payment process.

Select Return CliQ Payment

You will be directed to the “Transfer History” screen, which contains all your previous CliQ transfers. Select the payment you want to return.

You will be directed to the “Return Payment” Screen where you can enter the amount you want to return. Tap continue at the bottom of the screen.

Enter Return payment amount screen or choose the entire amount

You will be directed to select the reason for returning the payment.

Select the return payment reason

You will be directed to the “Return payment review” screen, which contains all the information of the transfer.

What are the requirements for creating an alias?

Your alias must be in English.
Your alias should not contain special characters or numbers.
Your alias should be between 3 and 10 characters.

Can I create an alias with my phone number?

Yes! You can create an alias with your phone number through the following steps:

Tap on Payment located at the bar at the bottom of the main screen A menu will appear with several options.
Select CliQ instant payment from the menu You will be directed to the “Instant payment” screen which contains a list of your aliases.
Tap on Create a new alias located at the bottom of the screen to create a new alias You will be directed to the “Create a new alias” screen where you can fill in the information to create your alias, as well as choose between the Alias name and Mobile number options located at the top of the screen.
Tap on Mobile Number located at the top of the screen Here you can enter a mobile number instead of an alias.
Enter your mobile number then tap on Continue located at the bottom of the screen You will be directed to the “Select account” screen where you can select the account you are using to send and receive money.
Select the account you want to link to your alias You will be directed to the “Success” screen where you can share the available information with your contacts or through social media.

Can I delete my alias?

Yes! You can delete your alias through the following steps:

Tap on the Payment button, located at the bar at the bottom of the main screen You will be presented with a menu with several options.
Select CliQ instant payment from the menu You will be directed to the “Instant payment” screen which contains a list of your aliases. In case you don’t already have one, create your own.
Tap on the pen located at the top right of the screen The screen will then present you with the option to instantly delete any alias by clicking on the red icon next to it.
Delete your alias by tapping the red icon next to it, then tap on END located at the bottom of the screen You have now successfully deleted your alias.

Can I edit my alias?

Yes! You can edit your alias through the following steps:

Tap on the Payment button located at the bar at the bottom of the main screen You will be presented with a menu with several options.
Select CliQ instant payment from the menu You will be directed to the “Instant payment” screen which contains a list of your aliases. In case you don’t already have one, create your own.
Tap on the pen located at the top right of the screen You will be presented with the option to instantly edit any alias by tapping on the pen located next to it.
Tap on the pen located next to the alias you want to edit You will be directed to the “Edit alias” screen where you can edit your alias, as well as link it to another account.
Make the desired changes to your alias and linked account then tap on Done located at the bottom of the screen You have now successfully edited your alias.

Is there a maximum limit for transfers ?

Yes there is, the daily limit is 50,000 JOD and 100,000 JOD monthly
