How to claim your vouchers

  1. Complete at least one transaction on your new credit card
  2. Open the Bank al Etihad app.
  3. Navigate to the "Card" section.
  4. Claim your vouchers
  5. Redeem the promo code with our partners: TOD, Anghami and Careem

All vouchers are claimed through the Bank al Etihad app.

Terms & Conditions

  • This campaign is available to customers who received a notification from Bank al Etihad and completed a qualifying transaction.
  • The campaign runs from May 12, 2026 to July 19, 2026.
  • The campaign is limited to primary credit cardholders (Gold, Platinum, Signature, and Infinite, including foreign currency cards) and does not include supplementary cardholders or business cards. (Supplementary card transactions are attributed to the primary cardholder, not the supplementary cardholder.)
  • Customers qualify for vouchers by issuing a new primary credit card from eligible tiers, activating it, and using it for qualifying transactions during the campaign period.
  • Qualifying transactions during the campaign period include:
    • Local and international point-of-sale purchases
    • Local and international online purchases
    • ATM cash withdrawals
    • Balance transfers from the credit card to customer accounts via the Bank al Etihad app
  • The campaign excludes: canceled transactions, reversed or refunded transactions, cash advances, balance transfers, annual fee payments, interest charges, late fees, and any transaction not completed during the campaign period.
  • No minimum spending threshold is required for new cardholders—any single qualifying transaction activates the reward.
  • Each eligible customer is entitled to receive one voucher only throughout the campaign period, redeemable exclusively through the Bank al Etihad app within the specified validity period.
  • The qualifying Bank al Etihad card must be used to activate the voucher via the voucher redemption website.
  • A limited number of 1,000 TOD vouchers, 1,000 Anghami vouchers, and 1,000 Careem Plus vouchers is available on a first-come, first-served basis, and the campaign will automatically stop once the number of vouchers is exhausted. Even if conditions are met, vouchers may not be available after stock is depleted.
  • Customers commit not to cancel their card for one year from the date of receiving the voucher. In case of non-compliance, the Bank reserves the right to charge the customer the voucher value as specified in the Bank al Etihad app.
  • Bank al Etihad reserves the right to exclude any transaction suspected of involving misuse, manipulation, fraud, or exploitation of the campaign.
  • Bank al Etihad reserves the right to substitute any reward with another of similar value if the original reward is unavailable due to reasons beyond the Bank's control
  • The Bank's records are considered the final reference in all matters related to the campaign.
  • Rewards are non-transferable and have no cash value.
  • Renewal of subscriptions after the promotional period ends is the customer's responsibility.
  • Vouchers can be used once only.
