Open your Digital Personal Establishment Account

If you own a personal establishment company, you can now open a digital account directly through our app without needing to visit a branch. Just follow the steps below to get started. Once your account is approved, you’ll be able to manage your company’s finances more efficiently, anytime and from anywhere.

How to open an account

Step 1 of 16

Tap on “Become a customer” from the “Sign In” screen

You’ll be directed to a screen where you can open a Personal Establishment Account.

Step 2 of 16

Select “Personal establishment”, then tap on “Continue”

You’ll be directed to a screen that lists the conditions required to open this type of account.

Step 3 of 16

Read through the conditions, then tap on "Continue"

You’ll be directed to verify your identity by completing a few steps.

Step 4 of 16

Follow the steps listed on the screen, then tap on "Continue"

You’ll be directed to fill in information about your company.

Step 5 of 16

Enter your company’s contact details, then tap on "Continue"

You’ll be directed to scan your ID

Step 6 of 16

Place the front and back of your ID within the frame to scan it, then tap on “Got it”

You’ll be directed to take a selfie.

Step 7 of 16

Place your face within the frame and wait for the photo to be taken, then tap on “Got it”

You’ll be directed to record a video of yourself reading your full name out loud.

Step 8 of 16

Check that your ID information was scanned correctly, then tap on “Confirm”

You’ll be directed to enter your company’s details.

Step 9 of 16

Fill in your company’s details, then tap on “Continue”

You’ll be directed to answer a few more questions about your company

Step 10 of 16

Enter your company’s name, then tap on “Continue”

You’ll be directed to enter your company’s address.

Step 11 of 16

Enter your company’s address manually or use the map to locate it

Tap on “Continue” to answer some questions about your company’s finances and transactions.

Step 12 of 16

Upload the documents listed on the screen, then tap on “Continue”

You’ll be directed to the terms and conditions screen.

Step 13 of 16

Carefully read and agree to the terms and conditions, then tap on "Continue"

You’ll be directed to set your debit card’s PIN.

Step 14 of 16

Set your preferred debit card PIN, then tap on "Continue"

You’ll be directed to choose the address to which you want your debit card delivered.

Step 15 of 16

Select your preferred delivery address, then tap on “Continue”

You’ll be directed to create a username and password for your account.

Step 16 of 16

You will be notified once the account is ready to start the journey with the bank!
