Open your Digital Personal Establishment Account

If you own a personal establishment company, you can now open a digital account directly through our app without needing to visit a branch. Just follow the steps below to get started. Once your account is approved, you’ll be able to manage your company’s finances more efficiently, anytime and from anywhere.

How to open an account

Download our mobile banking app

Open our mobile app to explore the options that will help you start your journey and open your digital account

Step 2 of 17

Tap on “Become a customer” from the “Sign In” screen

You’ll be directed to a screen where you can open a Personal Establishment Account.

Step 3 of 17

Select “Personal establishment”, then tap on “Continue”

You’ll be directed to a screen that lists the conditions required to open this type of account.

Read through the steps, then tap on "Continue"

You’ll be directed to see the steps that you will go through.

Step 5 of 17

Follow the steps listed on the screen, then tap on "Continue"

You’ll be directed to fill in information about you and your company.

Enter your contact details, then tap on "Continue"

You’ll be directed to scan your ID

Step 7 of 17

Tap on “Got it”, then place the front and back of your ID within the frame to scan it

You’ll be directed to take a selfie.

Step 8 of 17

Read the selfie rules and tap on “Got it”, then place your face within the frame and wait for the photo to be taken,

You’ll be directed to record a video of yourself reading your full name out loud.

Check that your ID information was scanned correctly, then tap on “Confirm”

You’ll be directed to enter your company’s details.

Fill in your company’s details, then tap on “Continue”

You’ll be directed to answer a few more questions about your company

Step 11 of 17

Enter your company’s name, then tap on “Continue”

You’ll be directed to enter your company’s address then your personal address.

Step 12 of 17

Enter your company’s address then your personal address manually or use the map to locate it

Tap on “Continue” to answer some questions about your company’s finances and transactions.

Take a photo or upload the documents listed on the screen, then tap on “Continue”

You’ll be directed to the terms and conditions screen.

Carefully read and agree to the terms and conditions, then tap on "Continue"

You’ll be directed to set your debit card’s PIN.

Step 15 of 17

Tap "Got it" and set your preferred debit card PIN, then tap on "Continue"

You’ll be directed to choose the address to which you want your debit card delivered.

Select your preferred delivery address, then tap on “Continue”

You’ll be directed to create a username and password for your account.

You will be notified once the account is ready to start the journey with the bank!

What documents are needed to open a personal establishment account?

You’ll need a commercial registration certificate and either a professional license or a rental agreement valid for at least 6 months. If you have a registered commercial name, a commercial name certificate is also required. You’ll also need your company’s tax number, registration number, and your ID.

Will I get a debit card for my account?

Yes, you’ll receive a debit card delivered to your preferred address. You can use it for ATM withdrawals, deposits, and online or in-store payments.

What is the maximum balance limit?

The account has a balance limit of 50,000 JOD. If you exceed this amount, your account will be flagged, and you’ll need to visit the nearest branch to update your account information.
