Profile Switching
Switching between accounts
If you have multiple accounts with us, you can easily switch between them on our banking app and stay on top of everything in one place.
Log in to another account
Step 1 of 16
First method
Tap on "Hub" at the bottom of the main screen and scroll to the My Profile section, and tap on "Switch to another account".

The "Switch Account" window will appear
Tap on "Add another account" to be directed to the login screen.
Step 3 of 16
Tap on “Sign In”
You’ll be directed to enter the login details for your other account.
Step 4 of 16
Enter the username and password for your other account
You’ll receive a one-time password (OTP) by SMS to verify your identity.

You’ll be directed to the identity verification screen
Enter the one-time password (OTP), and you’ll be able to switch between your accounts easily.

Second method
Tap on "Profile information" at the bottom of the “Hub” screen.

You’ll be taken to the “Profile Information” screen
Tap on “Add new account” at the bottom to be directed to the login screen.

The "Switch Account" window will appear
Tap on "Add another account" to be directed to the login screen.

Tap on “Sign In”
You’ll be directed to enter the login details for your other account.

Tap on the profile picture icon in the top-left corner of the screen.

Logging out of your account

Tap on "Hub" at the bottom of the main screen
You’ll be directed to a list of services.

Scroll down to the Settings section
Tap on “App Settings”.
Step 3 of 6
You’ll be directed to a screen with multiple options
Tap on “Log out”.
Step 4 of 6
A logout window will appear
It will show all the accounts you’re logged into.
Step 5 of 6
Select the account you want to log out of
Tap on "Log out" at the bottom.

A confirmation window will appear
Tap on "Log out" again.
