Our subscription plans are designed to give you extra value with smarter financial tools and exclusive perks. If you’d like to subscribe, follow the steps below to learn how to buy a plan, view your benefits, manage payments, and cancel if needed.

Download our mobile banking app and open it

If this is your first time using the app, create an account.

From the main screen, tap on "Hub"

Under the “Products” section, tap on "Subscriptions".

Explore our subscription plans

There are 4 options: Standard, Essential, Plus, and Pro. Tap the name of a plan at the top of the screen to view its benefits, then compare the options to choose the plan that works best for you.

Confirm your selection

Tap the button at the bottom of the screen. You’ll then be directed to choose the account you want to pay from.

Choose the payment account

Select the account you want monthly payments deducted from. You’ll then be directed to the terms and conditions screen.

Read the terms and conditions carefully

After reviewing them, tap on "I agree to the terms and conditions", then tap on "Continue".

Review the payment and plan details

After reviewing all the details, tap on "Confirm payment" to activate your subscription.

You’ve bought a subscription successfully

Your plan is now active, and you’ll see its badge on the main screen.

How to manage your subscription:

Tap on “View your plan” or your plan’s badge at the top right of the screen

You’ll be directed to the plan details screen, where you can view your benefits and manage your plan.

From this screen, you can view your plan’s benefits and manage settings such as payments or support.

Cancel your plan

From this screen, you can confirm the cancellation of your subscription. If you cancel, you’ll lose all the benefits included in your plan. To continue, tap on the first button at the bottom.

What are subscription plans?

Subscription plans give you extra value with exclusive perks, smarter financial tools, and dedicated support. There are 4 tiers: Standard (free), Essential, Plus, and Pro. Each tier offers its own set of benefits.

What do I get with a paid membership?

Paid subscription plans include extra features and benefits, such as:

Exclusive debit cards (Platinum, Signature, Infinite)
Advanced budgeting tools
Extra chances to win prizes
Access to savings goal streaks
Discounted investment fees
Priority support
Airport lounge access and travel insurance
Lifestyle perks like Anghami Plus, Tikram services, Careem Plus, and more

How can I subscribe to a plan?

Open the app
Tap on “Hub”, then tap on “Subscriptions”
Explore the different plans and choose the one that fits your needs
Select your payment account
Accept the terms and confirm your purchase

How does the payment work?

The monthly subscription fee is automatically deducted from the account you choose when subscribing.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel at any time:

Go to the main screen
Tap on your plan’s badge at the top right to view your plan details
Tap on “Manage payment” at the bottom of the screen
Confirm your choice by tapping on the first button at the bottom of the screen

Your plan will stay active until its renewal date.

What happens if I downgrade my plan?

Your debit card won’t be replaced, but its extra features will no longer be available. You’ll also lose access to higher-tier benefits when the next billing cycle starts.

What happens if I upgrade my plan?

Your card will be upgraded digitally, and you’ll get access to all the benefits of your chosen higher-tier plan. You can also request a physical card if you’d like, but fees will apply.

What if my payment account has an insufficient balance?

If your account doesn’t have enough balance at the time of renewal, the system will retry the payment. If it remains unsuccessful, your plan will be downgraded to the free Standard Plan.

Can I access subscription plans from other parts of the app?

Yes. If you tap on a feature or benefit that’s locked, such as investment discounts or Careem Plus, you’ll be directed to the plan that gives you access to it.

Is there a trial period?

Currently, there’s no trial period. The subscription fee is charged once you subscribe to a paid plan.

How do I view my current plan and its benefits?

From the main screen, tap on your plan’s badge at the top right, then select “Manage payment” to see your active plan and its benefits.

What is the Standard Plan?

The Standard Plan is free and gives you access to essential features like basic budgeting and spending limit alerts. It lets you use the app without subscribing to a paid plan.
