You can now top-up your balance or break a deposit according to your needs with a few taps. We’ve also added options that enable you to control the deposit and the certificate of deposit by the end of the time period.

From the Home page tap "Deposits"
You will then be directed to a menu where you can pick between “Term deposits” and “Certificate of Deposit”.

Choose your deposit type
From here you can also view your existing term deposits and certificate of deposits.

Term Deposit

Step 1 of 7
Tap on "New Term Deposit + "
After tapping on this button, you will be directed to “Open a term deposit” screen, where you will see a list of options you can choose from.

Choose the term deposit type that suits you
After tapping on one of the options, you will be taken directly to a screen containing the terms and conditions for the product you have chosen.

After reviewing all the terms and conditions related to the product of your choice. Accept terms and continue button will be activated immediately. Tap on it to continue
Then you will go directly to the “Source Account” screen.

Choose the account from which you want to withdraw the deposit amount
You will then be directed to the “Enter deposit amount” screen.

Enter the amount you want to deposit, then click the Continue button
Then you will go directly to the “Renewal options” screen, which contains several options, from which you can choose what suits you best.

Choose what suits you from the list.
You will then proceed directly to the “Review deposit” screen, which contains all the details of your term deposit.

Click the Create a deposit button
You will be directed to the “Transaction completion” screen.

Certificate of Deposit

Step 1 of 7
Click on the “New Certificate of Deposit” button
After tapping on this button, you will go directly to “New Certificate of Deposit” screen, where you will be presented with a list of periods that you can choose from that the deposit will be valid for.

Choose the certificate's period
After tapping on one of the options, you will be directed to a screen containing the terms and conditions for the product you have chosen.

Read the terms and conditions carefully. To accept, tap "Accept terms & continue"
Then you will go directly to the “Source account” screen.
Certificate-03 En

Choose the account from which you want to withdraw the Certificate of Deposit amount.
You will then go directly to enter the deposit amount.

Step 5 of 7
Choose the deposit amount you want.
Bearing in mind that the minimum deposit is 5,000 JOD or the equivalent in USD, GBP and Euro. You will then be directed to the “Select renewal option” screen, where you can decide what happens to the deposit at the end of the term.

Choose what suits you from the list.
You will then proceed directly to the “Review deposit” screen, which contains all the details of the deposit.

Click "Create a deposit"
You will then move directly to the “Transaction completion” screen.
