Everything you need to know
Simple answers to the questions most people ask before they apply.
How does repayment work?
Once the funds are deposited, monthly instalments are deducted automatically from your salary.
How is the interest calculated?
Your rate is calculated on a reducing balance. As you repay, the amount you owe decreases.
Can I get a lower rate?
Transfer your salary, submit more documents, or make a larger down payment. Each one brings your rate down.
